'Buttercrunch'

Known for its fantastic buttery taste. Buttercrunch is a top-performing butter-head type of lettuce. Grows well in cool weather but will bolt in the hot summer sun. 55-60 days to maturity.

Iceberg 'Crispo'

Medium-sized glossy green, firm heads.

'Red Sails'

Crispy and sweet. This lettuce was an All-America Selections winner.

Romaine

Romaine lettuce - tall head with thick ribbed leaves. Tolerant of heat.

Red Romaine

Romaine lettuce. Tall head with thick ribbed leaves and is tolerant of heat.

Culture: Lettuce is hardy and can be planted as early as the soil can be worked. It is a cool weather crop and grows best at temperatures of 60-65°F. Lettuce will bolt quickly in hot weather. Careful variety selection is important for hot weather plantings. pH 6.2-6.8
