Butter crunch

Known for their fantastic buttery taste. Buttercrunch is a top performing butter-head type of lettuce. Grows well in cool weather but will bolt in hot summer sun. 55-60 days to maturity.

Iceberg Crispo

Culture: Lettuce is hardy and can be planted as early as the soil can be worked. It is a cool weather crop and grows best at temperatures of 60-65°F. Lettuce will bolt quickly in hot weather. Careful variety selection is important for hot weather plantings. pH 6.2-6.8
