Otherwise known as dinosaur kale. Tender leaves have a softer texture than curly green kale. Great addition to soups and salads. Very cold tolerant.
Culture: Kale prefers a fertile, well-drained soil high in organic matter with a pH range of 6.0–7.5. Consistent moisture will produce the best quality leaves. Small leaves are more tender and are a great addition to salads.
