Cauliflower 'Snow Crown'
Snow Crown produces medium-sized heads. Good tolerance to moderate fall frost. Under fertility or moisture stress, it can show a purplish coloration on the undersides of the heads.

Culture: Grows best in fertile, organic rich soil and full sun. Plants can tolerate a light frost and can be planted early. Harvest crowns when they are firm, white and 6-8" wide. For a fall harvest, plant 6-8 weeks before first frost. Plant in full sun.
